📋 Description
- Own design for [REDACTED]'s Enterprise customer platform from the ground up
- Design user management, LMS and HRIS integrations, SSO and provisioning, reporting and ROI dashboards, invoicing, and enterprise admin workflows
- Conduct customer research with HR directors, L&D managers, and procurement teams
- Design for both operational L&D Managers and strategic Global HR Directors
- Build within [REDACTED]'s shared design system and extend it for data-heavy enterprise administration
- Help define the Enterprise Products vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Partner with Engineering and Product Management to ship an MVP quickly and iterate it
- Own design-related Enterprise KPIs, including dashboard adoption, admin engagement, renewals, and expansion
- Incorporate SSO, SCIM provisioning, GDPR, and accessibility requirements into product design
- Mentor product designers as the design team grows
🎯 Requirements
- Proven track record designing and shipping B2B enterprise software
- Experience with admin consoles, reporting tools, control panels, or products for HR, L&D, IT, or technical buyers
- Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments
- AI-native experience, including context engineering, MCP, and generative design tools
- Experience designing for multiple stakeholders in one product
- Experience building or extending a design system
- Experience with integrations, permissions, data-heavy interfaces, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work with Sales, Customer Success, or Procurement-facing teams
- Results-driven approach
- Fluent English
