[REDACTED] is [REDACTED]'s consumer-facing home services booking platform, connecting homeowners with local plumbing, heating/air, and electrical pros. The [REDACTED] design team is central to proving out [REDACTED]'s direct-to-consumer strategy - we design the first experience homeowners have with the [REDACTED] ecosystem, well before they ever meet a technician. We solve real-world problems for everyday homeowners who are often stressed, unfamiliar with trade terminology, and comparing us against far simpler consumer apps. Our designers work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketplace operators to make booking a trusted pro feel as easy as ordering a ride or a meal, including surfacing Titan Intelligence-powered price estimates and recommendations. We embrace agile development and design thinking to ship improvements every month, and we measure success by booking conversion, trust, and repeat usage.

We're growing the [REDACTED] design team and looking for an AI-first Staff Product Designer who enjoys solving complex consumer problems with data-driven, AI-powered solutions. You'll bring a balanced toolkit of research, interface design, and prototyping, with real fluency designing AI-driven and agentic consumer experiences.

What you’ll do
