Staff Interaction Designer, Search

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience designing for mobile applications for iOS or Android.

• 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.

You’ll bring a builder's mindset with strong craft and the ability to make design decisions that result in a coherent user experience while also assessing for execution, longevity and scale of designs. You’ll be a systems thinker with the ability to analyze existing landscapes and consider how factors or components interrelate with each other and within the context of larger systems. You’ll bring AI fluency to effectively interact and prototype with AI tools, understand core AI concepts and limitations and critically assess desired outputs for accuracy.
