✍️ What You'll Be Doing

• 🔹 Create end-to-end content experiences that guide users through product journeys with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
• 🔹 Develop messaging frameworks, voice principles, and content strategies that align user needs with business outcomes.
• 🔹 Shape the voice and tone of emerging product experiences while ensuring consistency across multiple touchpoints.
• 🔹 Manage and continuously improve content within content management systems and product experience platforms.
• 🔹 Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
• 🔹 Leverage user research, experimentation, analytics, and feedback to refine content and improve engagement.
• 🔹 Build and maintain content standards, governance models, and scalable content systems.

You bring:

• Demonstrated experience creating UX content, content design systems, or product content strategies.
• A portfolio that showcases impactful content experiences and user-centered thinking.
• Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence decisions and challenge constructively.
• Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and content best practices.
• Experience working with content management systems and product guidance platforms.
• Proven ability to use data, research, and experimentation to inform content decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leveraging AI tools, agents, and emerging technologies to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.
• Familiarity with collaborative product delivery environments and modern project management practices.

Compensation Range: $117,587 - $167,982 (or more depending on experience)
