Sr. UX/UI Designer

We are currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to join us! Join a team of cross-disciplined professionals driven each day by their desire to transform complex challenges into compelling solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and preferences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively illustrate design concepts and interactions.
- Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with the company's brand and design guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge and innovative designs.
- Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the best user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with web and mobile design patterns and responsive design.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating designs for web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Knowledge of animation and motion design principles.

- Bachelor's degree or similar studies in Graphic design.
