UI Engineer: has JD that he needs to get hands-on
- Personality is the biggest thing here
- 1 yr contract – big potential for conversion and/or extension
- Core Hours: 9-5 EST (they have flex)
- Rate: Unsure, needs to ask [REDACTED] about this (120-140/hr is our guess) – would need to be savant level for 150/hr
- Work fast, hard – being mission oriented (defense space)
- Mapping, exports, formats – heavy data rich pieces – make sure performance is there to take the amount of nodes required – Big Data or D3 mapping experience
- Working with an existing team, focusing on some specific contract requirements
- More Senior – self starter
- React,
- Experienced with claude / claude coding – hands on the wheel but leverages AI
- CyberSecurity or DoD experience
BEND (Backend) Engineer:
- All same qualities and personalities
- Move with ambiguity, solve problems – get shit done
- Kotlin and Rust experience
- Cybersecurity it great
Salary Range
