Sr UX designer
About this role
As a Senior UX Designer at [REDACTED]!, you will play a crucial role in guiding the lead user experience strategy and execution for complex digital products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and impactful design solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of design standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX efforts across one or more digital products or services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user journeys, flows, and design goals
- Conduct or support user research and translate insights into design actions
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs that align with design systems
- Review and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing
- Support developers during implementation to ensure design quality
- Mentor junior designers and support design team collaboration
- Challenge product requirements and stakeholders to ensure the most user-centric approach is taken
Qualification Required:
- Education: MCA / Computer Engineering
- Experience: 6 to 8 years
- Industry / Technology background: UX Design
- Location: Mumbai
- Working Hours: Full Time
- Pre-employment checks: Required
