The Senior UX Designer – Design Systems plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem across global brands. As part of [REDACTED]'s Digital Product Design team, you'll lead the evolution of our latest Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, localization and accessibility across responsive web, native apps (iOS/Android), and emerging platforms.

This role is highly collaborative, partnering with UX designers, engineers, product managers, and brand teams to deliver a token-driven, Figma-based system that powers seamless, inclusive experiences for millions of users worldwide.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Evolve the Design System: Define visual language, interaction patterns, and component standards leveraging Figma libraries, design tokens, and variable-based theming for multi-platform scalability.
• Implement a sophisticated token architecture: Drive adoption of semantic tokens for style foundations to ensure consistency across web and native environments.
• Collaborate with engineering: Partner with developers to integrate tokens into codebases and ensure parity between design and production using tools like Figma Rest API and Storybook.
• Maintain robust documentation: Create clear, accessible guidelines for components, patterns, and usage principles in Figma.
• Champion accessibility and inclusivity: Validate components against WCAG standards and ensure global usability.
• Mentor and foster design system culture: Host office hours, tutorials, and workshops to teach best practices for implementing the Design System in their workflows and designs.
