Job Overview:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Wireframes and Prototypes: Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Graphic and Icon Creation: Design custom graphics and icons to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of digital products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is executed effectively and aligns with business objectives.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage your time and workload, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
• Education: Bachelors degree in design or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Experience creating custom graphics and icons.
• Experience conducting and analyzing user research and usability tests.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
