Sr. UX Designer

Own the end-to-end design of complex AI-powered enterprise products - from discovery and research to polished experiences and successful launch. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to build AI-powered products customers love. Simplify complex, data-rich enterprise workflows into intuitive, scalable, and elegant user experiences. Drive product discovery through customer research, analytics, usability testing, and rapid experimentation. Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while contributing to our design system. Navigate ambiguity, balance customer needs with business and technical constraints, and independently drive design decisions. Present design rationale, influence stakeholders, collaborate closely with Engineering, and ensure high-quality implementation. Champion accessibility, design excellence, and mentor other designers through critiques and collaborative problem solving. 4+ years of Product/UX Design experience. Strong experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise products. Outstanding portfolio showcasing UX thinking, interaction design, and visual craft. Expertise with Figma, prototyping, and design systems. Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Research in fast-paced environments. Passion for simplifying complex problems with thoughtful, user-centered design.
