As a Senior Experience Designer at [REDACTED] Design, you will be part of the Illustrator team within the Creative Cloud business. Your role will involve designing holistic experiences across various products and platforms by collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners. You will focus on creating "simple, elegant & intuitive" experiences that enhance user workflows.

• Design holistic experiences across multiple products and platforms

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners

• Create "simple, elegant & intuitive" experiences and interactions

• Communicate design ideas through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes

• Partner with the user research team to understand customer goals and validate design solutions

• Conduct usability testing and incorporate results into the design process

• Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in product design

• College degree or equivalent practical experience in design with a focus on graphic design, HCI, or related field

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar design programs

• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and problem-solving strategies
