Role Overview
Join [REDACTED] as a Software Engineer focused on UI development in Chennai, India. In this role, you will build modern, scalable user experiences that enhance customer interactions through [REDACTED] Cloud. You will take ownership of frontend capabilities from design to delivery, collaborating with Product, UX, Backend, and QA teams to enhance usability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop responsive, scalable web applications that deliver high-quality user experiences across [REDACTED] Cloud products.
Design reusable UI components and frontend patterns using React or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
Drive frontend features from requirements through delivery, balancing user experience, technical quality, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, and QA teams to translate product requirements into intuitive experiences.
Improve web performance, responsiveness, and reliability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations.
Strengthen software quality through unit testing, UI testing, automated testing, and code reviews.
Contribute to frontend architecture, state management, design patterns, and CI/CD practices.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review workflows.
Required Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of relevant software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend or UI development.
Strong experience with React or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive web design, and reusable component development.
Demonstrated understanding of UI architecture, state management, design patterns, and scalable component design.
Good understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and automated testing practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development practices.
Good understanding of web performance, optimization techniques, debugging, and problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to independently take features from requirements through delivery while collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams.
Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing [REDACTED] Cloud, SaaS, or other cloud-based products.
Familiarity with AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
Knowledge of web accessibility principles and WCAG standards.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, or code reviews.
Familiarity with AI agentic tools or AI-enabled software development lifecycle practices. .
