📋 Description
- Design slot games based on a given concept
- Prepare clear Game Design Document sections and technical specifications for implementation
- Create and maintain simulation frameworks
- Run RTP tests, analyze results, and produce reports
- Work closely with developers and QA to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Iterate quickly based on test feedback
- Create slot game concepts with engaging mechanics and develop key game features
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the gambling industry, specifically slots
- Proven ability to write clear, structured Game Design Document fragments and technical specifications
- Ability to clearly describe algorithms, including complex calculations and formulas
- Strong passion for designing, developing, and taking full ownership of key game features
- Knowledge of programming languages is a plus
- Experience collaborating with developers, artists, and producers
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- English sufficient for reading technical documentation and team communication
- Upper-intermediate English level
