Roles & Responsibilities:

• Apply design thinking to develop end-to-end user experience solutions based on user needs and business objectives.
• Design user interfaces by exploring interaction design concepts and refining solutions through an iterative process.
• Define customer needs and develop concepts, prototypes, and UI specifications for development teams.
• Apply industry design standards and best practices to define design criteria, guidelines, and specifications.
• Collaborate with project leads, project managers, and development teams.
• Participate in requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modelling, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Create user requirement specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, and user-flow diagrams.
• Develop wireframes, design prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Contribute to UX design projects for web and mobile applications.
• Use UX methodologies and design processes to improve product usability and user experience.
• Present design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of UX and interaction design principles.
• Experience with design thinking and Lean UX methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design processes and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, personas, storyboards, and user flows.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Certifications in Interaction Design, UX Design, or Human-Computer Interaction are an advantage. .
