What will be your role ?

We are fast growing and we want to do so healthily. Our mission is to strengthen user-centered design at scale and ensure research plays a core role in shaping meaningful [REDACTED] experiences, by enabling teams to practice and communicate decisions informed by research, data, and field insights to solve the right problems and deliver impact.

You will be part of the Design team and report to the VP Design. We are looking for a Service Design Director to play a key role in the transformation of [REDACTED]. You define and lead the Service Design strategy at group level to improve customer, partner and employee experiences, while fully integrating the challenges of energy transition, industrial performance, safety and regulatory compliance. You operate in a complex, multi-business and multi-country environment and work closely with the group's strategic leadership.

You will be responsible for :

Group Vision, Strategy & Governance

  • Define the Service Design vision and strategy aligned with the group's overall strategy and objectives
  • Establish and lead a transversal design governance (standards, frameworks, references, quality assurance) adapted to industrial and regulatory constraints
  • Design and manage a scalable operating model across entities, countries and business lines
  • Ensure end-to-end service coherence across customer, partner, and employee journeys
  • Act as a strategic partner for business leaders and group governance bodies

Executive Leadership & Organizational Management

  • Lead a multi-team design organization composed of senior profiles (service design, UX, research, design operations)
