Job Description

As a Senior Web Designer, your primary focus will be to creatively lead complex web design projects that elevate and maintain brand consistency across [REDACTED]'s online presence. You'll play a key role in shaping the studio's visual identity on the web while always ensuring a high-quality experience for our global community. In addition to hands-on design work, you'll manage timelines and resources, collaborate across departments, and proactively identify and address areas for improvement within the team.

Daily responsibilities

• Design and deliver responsive web layouts, landing pages, and campaign experiences that align with brand standards and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing, Copy, Development) to ensure visual storytelling and functionality meet project objectives.
• Prepare and optimize multi-density assets (1x, 2x, 3x) and export pipelines (WebP, SVG, PNG) for implementation.
• Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and provide clear handoff specifications.
• Maintain accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and localization readiness (text expansion, RTL).
• Participate in creative reviews and critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Support junior designers by reviewing files, mentoring on responsive design, and ensuring consistent application of design systems.
