Senior Web Designer (Brand)
About this role
- We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer, Website to help shape how [REDACTED] shows up across our most important digital touchpoint: [REDACTED]
- This role is ideal for a designer who's an expert at websites, has a strong editorial sensibility, and enjoys expressing brand storytelling through layout, typography, data visualization, illustration, and imagery
- You will translate our brand identity into beautifully crafted digital experiences that communicate [REDACTED]'s purpose, product, and point of view
- You'll report to our Web Design Lead, and work closely with developers, copywriters, marketers, and cross-functional creative partners to elevate our website
- This is not a product design role
- This is a brand-forward visual design role focused on building delightful marketing web experiences
- Design editorial-quality web experiences that clearly communicate [REDACTED]'s brand, product, and vision with clarity and creativity
- Own end-to-end design for high impact web pages: from concept and art direction to responsive design and developer handoff
- Craft compelling data visualizations, infographics, and abstract visual metaphors to make complex concepts feel accessible and memorable
- Select and curate photography and illustrations that reinforce [REDACTED]'s brand identity; occasionally create visuals when needed
- Contribute to [REDACTED]'s web design system, ensuring visual consistency and sustainable workflows
- Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content stakeholders to translate business goals into digital experiences
- Experiment with new visual approaches—including AI prototyping tools—to push the creative bar higher
- Define and uphold high standards for craft, typography, layout, and digital design best practices across the web
- Balance brand expression with UX best practices and business goals
