As a Senior Visual Designer with 4 to 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

• Visual Design Excellence:
• Craft compelling visual designs that enhance usability and aesthetic appeal across web and mobile platforms.
• UI & Interaction Design:
• Create seamless and intuitive user interfaces and interaction patterns aligning with user-centered design principles.
• Design System Leadership:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency in components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Emerging Technology Integration:
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies like AR/VR and AI tools into design solutions where appropriate.
• Enterprise B2B Applications:
• Design for complex enterprise-grade systems, with exposure to the cyber security domain.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to align visual design with business and user needs.
• Tool Proficiency:
• Utilize modern UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Animation, and Prototyping Tools to streamline the design process effectively.

Qualifications required for this role are:

• Experience:
• 4-7 years of professional experience in visual design, UI/UX design demonstrated through a compelling portfolio of work.
