📋 Description

• Draft interactive, branching advisor conversations, teaser and marketing videos, articles, UX copy, button labels, and error states
• Maintain consistent voice and tone across product and marketing
• Structure branching and conditional logic so it is followable, buildable, and testable
• Provide engineers with scripts and system requirements
• Account for API data and messy real-world data
• Generate and shape AI voiceover
• Direct live voiceover talent and select effective takes
• Edit, mix, and caption audio to a launch-ready standard
• Own CMS content from first draft through live URL and QA it against the script
• Prepare scripts for Medicare compliance review
• Work with leadership on carrier and CMS feedback and revise content while preserving its quality
• Coach scripts to life and collaborate with designers, engineers, and other collaborators

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a writing-led, multi-disciplinary role spanning interactive content, UX writing, conversational design, content strategy, or digital storytelling
• Writes naturally conversationally and humorously
• Experience with branching logic and messy data
• Strong audio ear for voiceover timing and tone
• Exceptional attention to compliance details
• Ability to use AI as a productivity tool while identifying and avoiding poor-quality output
• Portfolio demonstrating work that makes complex subjects simple and dry subjects engaging
• Experience in interactive, editorial, advertising, or education backgrounds
