📋 Description
- Write clear, concise copy across app, web, emails, and notifications for our fan-facing and partner-facing tools
- Help make finding shows, buying tickets, and getting to the show feel effortless and fun for fans
- Make building, managing, and analysing events on MIO a simple and delightful experience for partners
- Inform UX decisions and design strategy from the beginning
- Work closely with lots of people across disciplines – designers, product managers, developers, data analysts, customer support teams, and more
🎯 Requirements
- Content design for app and web (B2B and/or B2C)
- Comfortable in Figma, the design tool we use
- Writing in a particular brand voice, flexing that voice for different contexts
- Working in a fast-paced, fluid environment and across multiple teams
- Presenting and defending writing and design
