We are seeking a UX-focused Visual Designer with strong production design expertise and a deep understanding of user experience principles.

This role goes beyond executionyou will apply UX thinking through visual design, using hierarchy, layout, typography, color and design systems to create clear, scalable and high-quality digital experiences.

You will work within established design systems, collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams and ensure that UX intent is translated into production-ready UI across diverse platforms and industries.

Apply UX thinking through visual design

• Translate UX strategy, user flows and wireframes into well-structured, intuitive UI
• Balance usability, accessibility and brand consistency in design decisions

Design systems and [REDACTED] excellence

• Work extensively within design systems using components, variants and tokens
• Leverage modern [REDACTED] capabilities: auto-layout, variables, component properties and Dev Mode.

Prototyping and interaction design

• Create interactive prototypes to communicate flows, states and design intent

Production quality and collaboration

• Own the visual polish and production readiness of all design deliverables
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible and implementation-ready
• Collaborate closely with engineers for seamless design-to-development handoff
• Work with project managers to align on timelines, priorities and delivery
• Reports to Senior Designers, with guidance from Art Director and Creative Director

Required skills and experience:

• 57+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Visual Design rolesStrong understanding of UX principles, usability and accessibility
• Deep expertise in visual design fundamentals:
• Proven experience working within design systems at scale
• Advanced proficiency in [REDACTED]:
  • Variables / design tokens
• Experience creating interactive prototypes
• Strong attention to detail and production quality
• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking applied through visual design
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or workflows.
• Experience working across multiple industries or enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability and accessibility.
• Expertise in visual design fundamentals including layout, typography, hierarchy and color.
• Advanced proficiency in [REDACTED] (components, variants, auto-layout, variables, Dev Mode).
• Experience working with design systems and creating scalable, production-ready designs.
• Strong prototyping, collaboration and design-to-development handoff skills.
• Participate in design reviews, critiques and system discussions. .
