📋 Description

• Design end-to-end employee experiences using [REDACTED] Employee Center, ITSM, and Enterprise Service Management solutions
• Create user-centered solutions aligned with business objectives and employee needs
• Define information architecture, navigation structures, and content organization strategies
• Conduct user research, stakeholder workshops, and persona development activities
• Create journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Apply [REDACTED] Next Experience and Employee Center design best practices
• Design modern employee portals providing access to IT, HR, Facilities, Knowledge, and Enterprise Services
• Increase self-service adoption through intuitive and accessible experiences
• Optimize search, content discovery, and portal usability experiences
• Analyze adoption metrics, user behavior, and usability feedback to drive continuous improvements
• Simplify Service Catalog experiences and optimize request workflows
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, ITSM teams, and Change Management teams
• Perform other duties related to the function

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in UX/UI Design
• Experience developing solutions on the [REDACTED] platform
• Solid experience with Employee Center, Employee Center Pro, and Service Portal
• Experience developing user-centered digital experiences and self-service portals
• Strong knowledge of User Research, Persona Development, and Journey Mapping
• Experience with Information Architecture, Wireframing, and Prototyping
• Experience applying design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Strong knowledge of UX best practices for enterprise applications
• Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Completed university degree (required)
• Advanced or fluent conversational English
• Certifications in UX Design, [REDACTED] CSA/CAD, Accessibility (WCAG), Human-Centered Design, or [REDACTED] Employee Center are a plus
