📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation
- Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives
- Produce UX/UI deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis
- Mentor and coach junior designers
- Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines across digital touchpoints
- Participate in design reviews, present concepts, and influence stakeholders
- Explore new tools, methods, and trends to elevate design quality
- Support the Health Information Systems Business
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field AND four (4) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries; OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- Proficiency in design tools such as [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and prototyping platforms
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Travel: 10%
