Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product design process for a Business-as-Code platform, owning everything from early discovery and information architecture to visual design systems and production-ready experiences.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and product stakeholders to shape key product decisions, designing intuitive interfaces that combine conversational AI experiences with structured, data-rich content. This is a highly autonomous role that requires strong product thinking, exceptional interaction design skills, and the ability to balance usability with information density.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer or UX/UI roles.
• Proven expertise in information architecture and organizing complex information into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong interaction design skills with experience designing multi-step workflows, complex user journeys, and stateful interfaces.
• Experience owning product design decisions independently and working as the primary designer on a product team.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and iterate rapidly throughout the development lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems, components, and reusable patterns.
• Daily experience using AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, layout generation, and design workflows.
• Strong English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency.

• Familiarity with industries involving complex purchasing decisions or equipment-heavy consumer products.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and autonomy.
