📋 Description

• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing and data analysis
• Map user journeys, flows and information architecture
• Create wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and final interfaces
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring visual and experience consistency across products
• Work as part of agile squads, participating in backlog refinements, planning sessions and alignments with Product Owners and developers
• Validate design hypotheses through testing and usage metrics
• Collaborate with the development team during implementation, ensuring delivery fidelity
• Promote and disseminate UX best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong (senior-level) experience in UX/UI Design, with a portfolio demonstrating the full process from problem to solution
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as [REDACTED]
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems
• Strong command of usability principles, accessibility and interaction design
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working within squads
• Ability to translate business requirements and user needs into design solutions
• Good communication skills to defend design decisions with data and rationale
• Availability to travel
• Nice to have: experience with B2B products, fintech, logistics or payment platforms
