📋 Description
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and user research to information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and implementation support
- Design experiences that help technical users understand, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot complex workflows and distributed processes
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to transform technical concepts, system states, and large volumes of information into clear and intuitive product experiences
- Balance usability, information density, and the needs of expert users
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with software engineers and other technical stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
- Experience designing monitoring platforms, dashboards, administrative tools, or interfaces containing large volumes of data
- Proven expertise in information architecture and organizing complex information into intuitive user experiences
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems, components, variables, and reusable patterns
- Strong interaction design skills, including experience with multi-step workflows, stateful interfaces, and complex user journeys
- Experience owning product design decisions independently or working as the primary designer within a product team
- Strong experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or data-intensive products
- Strong English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency. C1 preferred
