Role Overview:

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences that support and elevate the solutions developed by [REDACTED]. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager, agricultural experts, and clients, actively participating in the discovery process to ensure our solutions are intuitive, functional, and visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Create clear proposals and documentation to support ideas and solutions across different ideation stages.
• Design, plan, and analyze testing strategies to validate solutions and improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Contribute to [REDACTED]’s understanding of design trends and market needs in the agricultural industry

Skills & Qualifications:

• Student or graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps (web and native) and responsive web design.
• Experience conducting usability tests and analyzing results.
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Advanced Spanish proficiency (is a plus)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Design Thinking.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
