📋 Description

• Develop and deliver designs from initial concepts and wireframes to pixel-perfect final designs.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to shape a wide range of digital experiences.
• Partner with the Studio team, product management, and stakeholders to support launches, new initiatives, and ongoing site enhancements.
• Champion responsive, web-first, user-centered design principles across all screen sizes.
• Design experiences for global audiences, considering localization and translation needs.
• Inspire and push the team to continually raise the bar and deliver world-class experiences.
• Present design concepts and clearly articulate the design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Contribute to and help evolve a best-in-class design system.
• Collaborate with the Brand team and other web design teams to ensure cohesive brand integration across digital experiences.
• Work closely with the research team to understand user needs and validate design decisions before and after development.
• Create interactive prototypes and micro-animations that effectively communicate design intent and enhance user engagement.
• Partner with developers to deliver experiences with a seamless fit and finish.
• Analyze current UX patterns and competitive design landscapes.
• Stay up to date with UX best practices and design trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of experience designing for large-scale, high-visibility, consumer-facing websites.
• Demonstrated strong design craft, user-centered thinking, attention to detail, and understanding of design systems — preferably through web design work.
• Strong background in digital design and marketing, preferably with experience in marketing or communications.
• A hybrid skill set combining visual design and UX expertise.
• Proven experience with responsive web design, adapting layouts fluidly across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
• A portfolio focused on consumer-facing website design rather than product UI or native mobile app design. Experience with web platforms, marketing sites, and browser-based experiences is essential.
• Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop).
• Experience presenting ideas and design solutions to senior leadership.
• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative design environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
• A strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and inspiring design work.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
