📋 Description

• Create and maintain comprehensive design systems across platforms
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Design user flows, journey maps, and scenarios
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Ensure clean, modern visual design aligned with brand guidelines
• Conduct and analyze user testing
• Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies
• Create intuitive mobile and web applications for a global entertainment and sports agency
• Translate complex corporate and financial accounting concepts into minimalist user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design
• Experience and working knowledge of corporate and financial accounting areas
• 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Deep knowledge of nested components, auto layout, and design libraries in Figma
• Proven hands-on experience creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems
• Highly skilled in building wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Meticulous approach and keen eye for clean, minimalist, pixel-perfect, user-centric design
• Strong creative thinking
• Exceptional time management for handling multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to overlap with North America business hours
• All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be in English
