📋 Description

• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity mockups for complex B2B product features and web experiences
• Build, extend, and maintain scalable Figma components using Auto Layout, variants, and design tokens within CMS technical constraints
• Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted platforms and use modern AI tools to accelerate design exploration and component generation
• Build responsive web experiences, landing pages, and chatbot/conversational interfaces with multi-brand and subsidiary theming capabilities
• Apply WCAG and ADA accessibility standards across design system components and production releases
• Partner with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Engineers to validate concepts using qualitative and quantitative data
• Align on project milestones and perform post-build Design QA
• Work across Product UX & AI Workflows and Design Systems & Responsive Web tracks according to core strengths

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional product/UX design experience
• At least 2+ years building or maintaining a design system/component library
• Advanced Figma proficiency, including Auto Layout, variants, component libraries, and responsive/mobile-first web design
• Proven experience designing for data-heavy B2B SaaS environments, net-new 0-to-1 product definitions, or AI-assisted product workflows
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or Figma AI
• Practical experience working within CMS environments and understanding content management constraints
• Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, or HR/recruiting technology
• Demonstrated work in responsive landing pages, SEO-aware layouts, or chatbot/conversational UX design
• Solid working knowledge of WCAG and ADA accessibility guidelines
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance strategic vision with tactical execution, and manage deliverables independently in a remote-first setup
• Fluent English for daily written and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate with teams aligned to Central Time (CT) and overlap with North America business hours
• Full-time vendor contract arrangement
