📋 Description

• Own the product experience end to end, including information architecture, core flows, onboarding, dashboards, data visualization, empty and error states, and mobile
• Audit the existing product, identify problems, and prioritize UX improvements
• Design onboarding and first-run experiences that deliver useful insights quickly
• Design charts, tables, comparisons, defaults, and explanatory interfaces
• Create interaction patterns for conversational and agentic AI features, including reasoning, uncertainty, trust, and verification
• Build the design system, including components, tokens, and reusable patterns
• Own the marketing website, product marketing assets, and visual identity
• Conduct regular user research with expert internal operators and other users
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to advocate for design investment
• Measure impact on activation, retention, revenue, and time-to-first-insight

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing SaaS products, with shipped work you can walk through
• Experience making complex, data-dense software approachable, such as analytics, BI, fintech, dev tools, or operations platforms
• Fluency in data visualization, including chart types and dashboard design
• Knowledge of current AI product design and use of AI tools in the design process
• Ability to operate as the entire design function: scope, design, ship, and measure
• Ability to advocate for design investment using activation, retention, and revenue metrics
• Prototyping ability using [REDACTED], code, or AI-assisted tools
