📋 Description

• Design UX and UI for digital products in the banking and insurance sector, from first concept to final handover
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews and usability tests
• Turn research results into concrete design decisions
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on research insights and user requirements
• (Re-)design digital products, tools, and software solutions with a focus on usability and conversion
• Work with and contribute to design systems in close collaboration with development teams
• Prepare and present design work to client-side stakeholders, including senior management
• Moderate workshops for ideation, requirements analysis, and conception
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams in corporate structures and the internal design team
• Support client projects in the banking and insurance sector from research and concept through polished UI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual craft; applications without a portfolio cannot be considered
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with senior-level stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Advanced experience with [REDACTED], including design systems, tokens, components, and variables
• Confident use of AI tools such as [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED] in daily design workflows
• Availability to start immediately
• Commitment to a project duration of at least 6 months
• Experience in banking, insurance, or other regulated industries is a plus
• Experience working in corporate structures is desirable
