ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a world-class technology consultancy as a Senior UX/UI Designer leading design efforts on a high-impact fintech project. You'll contribute to the modernization of complex financial applications, creating intuitive, user-centered experiences that balance business requirements with technical feasibility. PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll lead UX/UI design for a fintech application modernization initiative, with primary focus on UI design and component library development. The role involves creating and maintaining a scalable component library in Figma, ensuring alignment with the project's design system and Material UI (MUI) standards. You'll develop user-centric solutions including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with stakeholders to balance business needs, user requirements, and technical constraints. Supporting the development team, you'll ensure design consistency and accessibility compliance throughout the product lifecycle. You'll facilitate workshops, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and iterate on designs using tools like Jira, GitLab, and Storybook to integrate design seamlessly into the development process. Experience in fintech or understanding of risk assessment and financial systems is highly valued.
