📋 Description

• Join a cross-functional product team, co-owning discovery alongside Product Managers and Product Owners to deeply understand customer problems and business goals
• Your work spans the full design lifecycle — from research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI — using established design systems to simplify complex user journeys
• Close collaboration with developers and clients is central to the role, requiring clear articulation of design rationale to diverse stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written), for daily communication with international stakeholders and clients
• Senior-level experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record on customer-facing mobile apps
• Strong, confident communicator able to explain design thinking and insights across the organization
• Collaborative team player who actively seeks and gives constructive feedback
• Highly proficient in Figma, with strong file hygiene, naming conventions, versioning, and component usage
• Solid grounding in UI, interaction, and visual design, with hands-on experience in usability testing and journey mapping
• Familiarity with native iOS and Android design patterns
