📋 Description
- Execute hands-on design work against the capability backlog, initially prioritizing chatbot/conversational experiences
- Sequence subsequent deliverables with Product Management
- Build and extend scalable components for a modular Figma design system using Auto Layout and component libraries
- Adhere to CMS technical constraints
- Design, refine, and ship responsive web experiences for careers landing pages, job boards, and custom campaign landing pages
- Address multi-brand and subsidiary theming, SEO-aware layouts, and mobile-first responsive parity
- Leverage Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Figma AI, and other AI-assisted tools to accelerate design exploration and component generation
- Apply WCAG and ADA accessibility standards to design system components and shipped pages
- Support sales-enablement motions and active client site rollouts
- Collaborate with distributed product design, product management, and international client teams
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of professional product/UX design experience
- At least 2+ years focused on building or maintaining a design system/component library
- Strong interaction design foundation beyond visual/brand design
- Proven experience shipping responsive, web-based marketing or product pages in live production environments
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, Auto Layout, variants, and responsive/mobile-first web design
- Hands-on experience working within CMS environments
- Strong technical understanding of how content management constraints shape component architecture
- Experience working with Claude and Claude Code
- Solid working knowledge of WCAG and ADA accessibility guidelines
- Strong ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and prioritize tasks across broad scopes in a remote-first setup
- Flexibility to overlap with North America business hours
- English required for interviews, documentation, and daily communication
