Senior UX/UI Designer

We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs;
• Design user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns;
• Create high-fidelity UI designs in line with brand and design system guidelines;
• Manage, contribute, and evolve the project's design system;
• Provide detailed hand-off to developers with clear specifications and optimized assets;
• Participate in design reviews, internal QA, and support the dev team during implementation;
• Translate insights from UXR into clear and usable interface designs;
• Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and relevant design patterns to inform design decisions.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a hybrid UX/UI role;
• Confidence across the full design process, from flow to final screen;
• Excellent knowledge of UX/UI design principles, techniques and methodologies;
• Experience with design and prototyping tools (i.e. Figma);
• Working experience with a design system, its curation and maintenance;
• Experience with Atomic Design, will be considered as an asset;
• Experience with usability practices and motion design, will be considered as a plus;
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design, will be beneficial;
