Senior UX/UI Designer

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Scope, align, and lead design work by partnering with product managers and stakeholders to define design opportunities, understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Collaborate and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders with varying levels of design literacy
• Produce low-to-mid fidelity wireframes and create interactive/functional prototypes in Figma to clarify behavior and define UI states and edge cases clearly
• Document interaction and component behavior inside Figma using annotations and reusable components to minimize dependence on other tools
• Design complex workflows, maintain design systems for consistency, consider multi-step workflows, edge cases, permissions, integrations, and scalability
• Own the problem space by understanding privacy workflows, regulations, and user pain points, and deliver end-to-end from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Optional but valued exploration into AI-powered features to enhance privacy operations

To excel in this role, you need:

• 4-8 years of UI/UX/Product Design experience for web and mobile applications, preferably in the eCommerce domain
• Strong Figma proficiency including wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, and structuring files for scalable handoff
• Strong collaboration skills, systems thinking, and excellent communication to articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and business impact
• A strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design, problem-solving process, B2B/enterprise product experience, and examples of shipped work with measurable impact
• Front-end development skills including component-based UI thinking, responsive designs, and familiarity with design systems creation/maintenance
