📋 Description

• Lead strategic design.
• Define the user experience.
• Create, govern, and maintain robust, scalable, tokenized, and consistent design systems across platforms.
• Take a hands-on approach to high-fidelity prototyping and technically validate interface feasibility.
• Ensure a seamless transition from design to frontend code implementation.
• Define navigation flows and complex information architecture for microservices-based ecosystems.
• Develop design assets related to product and software development team activities.
• Ensure the visual integrity, accessibility, and usability of technology solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education (technologist degree, undergraduate degree, and/or lato sensu or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology.
• Experience as a Senior UX/UI Analyst and in agile development.
• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced Design Systems, prototyping, variables, and dynamic components.
• Practical and technical knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and React.
• Technical application of WCAG standards and experience using automated auditing tools.
• Integration of AI for design automation (DesignOps), asset generation, and workflow optimization.
• Desired knowledge: Atomic Design component patterns, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, Hotjar, Analytics, Amplitude, LLMs, agents, interaction frameworks, and functional prototypes based on real code.
