📋 Description

• Conduct lightweight discovery to validate key user segments and contexts across field, internal sales, and partner workflows
• Translate research findings into practical personas, user needs, shared language, and success measures
• Perform usability and heuristic evaluations of priority tools and workflows
• Deliver concise, prioritized recommendations for Experience Design and TxR
• Run rapid concept tests, moderated and unmoderated usability sessions, and prototype tests aligned to delivery timelines
• Provide evidence-based guidance to prevent rework and validate launch readiness
• Create insight briefs, opportunity statements, experience principles, and acceptance-criteria inputs
• Partner with designers on flows, patterns, and design-system decisions
• Collaborate with Adoption Experience to identify confidence, readiness, and behavior-change risks
• Inform messaging, readiness activities, and reinforcement loops using user sentiment and barriers
• Establish a lightweight research cadence and reusable Confluence repository
• Define research intake and prioritization aligned to internal sales priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong applied qualitative research skills, including interviewing, contextual inquiry, diary, and intercept methods
• Ability to plan and run usability studies with prototypes and live tools
• Ability to synthesize rapidly and produce concise insight briefs and prioritized friction points
• Ability to work credibly with business partners and technology teams
• Clear, crisp storytelling and executive-ready communication
• Comfortable partnering with designers to turn insights into flows, patterns, and decision criteria
• Ability to maintain a research repository and decisions in Confluence and coordinate work in Jira
• Preferred: experience researching field-enablement tools, CRM/[REDACTED] workflows, or distributed/field user populations
• Preferred: familiarity with design systems
• Preferred: comfort with mixed methods, including surveys and analytics-informed research
• Expert-level experience
