📋 Description
- Identify gaps in usability and proactively drive improvements.
- Conduct competitive research and audits for actionable recommendations.
- Partner with product managers and designers on user flows and interactions.
- Synthesize user feedback and data to identify pain points.
- Drive UX consistency through design systems and best practices.
- Support usability testing and define hypotheses.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in UX, product design, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong customer and product intuition.
- Ability to evaluate experiences and identify usability issues.
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and UX audits.
