About the Role
We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher who thrives on complex problem spaces and is comfortable driving research in ambiguity. At [REDACTED], your insights won't just sit in reports—they'll directly influence real enterprise products across healthcare, automation, and finance.
You'll plan and execute end-to-end research studies, work closely with product owners, and help define experiences used by thousands of professionals in the US.

What You'll Do
- Own and lead UX research activities across discovery, concept validation, and usability phases
- Plan, conduct, and synthesise user interviews, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping
- Create actionable outputs like personas, user journeys, service blueprints, and research reports
- Proactively identify users to talk to—whether through clients, internal teams, or customer success
- Translate research insights into product opportunities and design inputs
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and front-end teams throughout the design process
- Help shape our research practice as we scale, including mentoring junior team members when needed
- Proactively identify new opportunities for research within existing client engagements to extend project reach
