WHO WE LOOK FOR 🦄

We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our Research and Design team. This role is remote and based in Italy, working closely with product teams across Europe and Canada.

As a Senior UXR, you will play a key role in product decision-making. Your focus will be helping teams build and maintain a shared understanding of our customers (both B2C and B2B) and the market, so they can make better, faster, and more confident product decisions.

You'll be embedded within Product groups - spanning retail technology solutions and our shopper-facing Marketplace experiences - partnering closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers. You will own research end-to-end, act as a strategic leader, and have a real seat at the table when decisions are made.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in ambiguous spaces, who can identify the most important questions to answer, and who sees research as a way to move the product forward.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 🏄

• Own end-to-end UX research Plan and execute research across the full product lifecycle; from early discovery and concept exploration, through usability testing, to post-launch feedback and learning.
