Senior UX Researcher
About this role
We’re looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher (Sr UXR) to help us deeply understand the needs, motivations, and challenges of patients and providers, and translate those insights into product experiences that make mental health care easier to access
In this role, you will lead end-to-end research initiatives that inform product strategy and improve various workflows across [REDACTED]
You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure decisions are grounded in meaningful user insights and behavioral data
Beyond executing studies, you will help shape how research influences product development at [REDACTED] by identifying high-impact research opportunities, defining research roadmaps, and turning signals from users, product analytics, and feedback into insights that guide product direction
