Senior UX Researcher/Designer

As a UX Designer at [REDACTED], you will play a crucial role in the Product & User Experience Design team dedicated to creating cutting-edge mobile and web experiences for [REDACTED] markets worldwide.

• Build an understanding of users:

Partner with UX researchers to conduct and analyze user research for developing insights into user behavior.

• Plan, facilitate, and lead collaborative design sessions:

• Help define product requirements:

Collaborate with teams through brainstorming and high-level prototyping to establish product specifications.

• Deliver great user experiences:

• Design detailed wireframes:

Create wireframes with clear user journeys, information architecture, interaction flow, and interaction model.

• Design mockups:

• Produce deliverables:

Prepare presentations, graphic designs, wireframes, interactive prototypes, usability reports, and design specs.

• Communicate design decisions:

Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and senior leadership for review and feedback.

• Ensure integrity of user experience:

Collaborate with visual designers and engineering teams to maintain a consistent user experience in the final product.

• Design Management:
