The Job
At [REDACTED], design is central to how we simplify clean energy for clients and customers. We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to help us turn complex data and systems into intuitive, elegant experiences that empower users and accelerate our renewable energy mission.
As a Senior UX Designer, you'll lead the design of data-rich interfaces that bring clarity and insight to our clients, customers and internal users. You'll use AI-enhanced design workflows to create scalable, cohesive design systems and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across our platforms. This role partners closely with Software Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to shape the future of [REDACTED]'s products and will be responsible for mentoring junior designers. This role reports to the Director of Software Product and joins our growing Software Product team.
