📝 About the Role

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our product trio as an equal partner alongside product management and engineering. You'll own the end-to-end experience for your product area—from discovery and research through prototyping, implementation, and working with the PM to measure UX outcomes.

This role requires strong product thinking combined with mastery of core UX and UI fundamentals. You'll report to the Director of UX but take leadership on conducting user research and usability testing to understand customer problems and validate solutions. You'll create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that meet accessibility standards and maintain visual consistency.
