📋 Description
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns for product surfaces
- Design core features and detailed interaction states
- Prototype flows to test assumptions before engineering commitment
- Bring user feedback into the design process early enough to influence direction
- Work alongside engineering through the full development cycle
- Communicate design intent and answer implementation questions
- Stay close to delivery to prevent meaningful design drift
- Use [REDACTED]'s shared design system correctly
- Raise design-system gaps to the system maintainer
- Collaborate effectively across the UX and visual design boundary
- Senior: Own a product surface or major feature area end-to-end
- Senior: Contribute to product strategy and challenge scope and prioritization
- Senior: Plan and conduct user research and synthesize findings into decisions
- Senior: Contribute interaction patterns and library support to the design system
- Senior: Identify dependencies between product areas and involve stakeholders before decisions are finalized
🎯 Requirements
- Regular UX Designer: Two or more years of UX design experience
- Regular UX Designer: Portfolio showing solid work across flows, wireframes, and interaction design
- Comfortable in [REDACTED]
- Able to collaborate with engineers through implementation
- Able to communicate design decisions clearly
- Some exposure to design or development tooling is a genuine advantage
- Senior UX Designer: Five or more years of UX design experience
- Senior UX Designer: Portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex product surfaces
- Able to carry a design problem from research through delivery
- Able to articulate the reasoning behind decisions at every stage

- Real understanding of the designer–developer workflow
- Comfortable designing for technically sophisticated users
- Experience in design tooling, developer tools, or B2B software is a strong advantage
- Background on larger product teams is directly relevant
