📋 Description

• Map and optimize the customer journey from lead receipt through ongoing operations
• Prototype and validate interfaces for the lead and policyholder management platform
• Document and validate complex user flows within the brokerage’s operations
• Create intuitive, data-driven management dashboards for internal teams and partners
• Conduct research with end users to validate solutions and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure faithful implementation of the design

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Expertise in Figma and other prototyping and high-fidelity design tools
• Proven experience with user journey mapping
• Strong knowledge of dashboard design and data visualization
• Ability to work in complex B2B environments with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex use cases and design systems
• Experience with projects in the insurance or fintech sectors
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies (usability testing, interviews, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms
• Experience with interactive prototyping tools (Axure, Framer, etc.)
• Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS)
• Experience leading or mentoring design teams
