📋 Description

• Conception, development and ongoing refinement of AI workflows for UX and UI design
• Planning, conducting and analysing qualitative and quantitative user research methods
• Analysing user research findings for B2B and B2C projects and deriving concrete actionable recommendations
• Creating wireframes, user flows and prototypes
• Further development, validation and optimisation of UX/UI concepts
• (Re-)design of digital products, tools and software solutions
• Shaping and advancing the design team’s AI expertise
• Teaching and sharing knowledge on user research and AI-powered design methods
• Facilitating workshops for ideation, requirements analysis and conception
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and sharing best practices and new methods
• Evaluating new AI tools and methods
• Developing reusable workflows, prompts and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design and UI implementation
• Experience in project management and leading complex projects
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Solid experience with design tools, especially [REDACTED]
• Confident use of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini across the entire UX/UI process
• Experience with AI-Assisted Coding (Vibe Coding)
• Demonstrable implementation of own AI-supported tools or workflows
• Good frontend skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Ideally experience with React or comparable frameworks
• Experience building and evolving design systems
• Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping
• Always up to date on usability and conversion best practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player with empathy
• Experience in banking is a big plus
• Understanding of and experience working within corporate structures is desirable
