Senior UX Designer

We've linked up with a leading tech company that's changing the game in data testing, system monitoring, and visibility with their high-tech platform that's a hit with over 5,000 users. We're on the hunt for some enthusiastic UX Designers to craft better user-friendly experiences. You'll get to design software and platforms by enhancing interfaces and workflows.

You need to have hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping along with an awesome UX project portfolio. Hop onboard our team to help us make our products super user-friendly.

The Role

Understand product specifications and user psychology to inform design decisions. Conduct concept and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement. Create user personas based on research and data analysis. Define the appropriate interaction model and evaluate its effectiveness. Develop wireframes and prototypes tailored to customer needs. Innovate creative solutions to UX challenges (e.g., usability, findability). Collaborate with UI designers to implement visually appealing designs. Communicate design concepts and prototypes effectively to developers. Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends to inform design strategies.

The Person

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Background in project management and research methodologies. Familiarity with interaction design principles and information architecture. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator. Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript knowledge is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Strong business acumen and the ability to align design with business goals. Outstanding communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly.
